The only easy way to fix error A:0x00000049 and bberror bb100015 is by using a blackberry autoloader file and this should work for all blackberry 10 devices including ( Q10, Z10, Q5 Z3 and PASSPORT).

SOLUTION 1 :
1. Go to BlackBerry Link Preferences, select ‘Reload Device Software’ > Reload. Click reload and wait for the progress bar to end.

2.Goto the BlackBerry Link main screen on your Pc, select your device
(Z10), it should says “Cannot Communicate with Device….
BlackBerry Link will restore your device to factory settings
by reinstalling the device software”. Click on “Reload”. After
the progress bar reaches the end, During the process, the BlackBerry LED should truns green. And the problem or error should be solved. If this didn’t solve the problem then try solution 2 below.
SOLUTION 2
Goto the official auto loaders dev. Download page below:
https://developer.blackberry.com/blackberry10devalpha/allautoloaders.html
Select and download the old autoloader 10.1.0.1485 version, and reload your phone
This should solve your problem, then goto this page or here and download the complete autoloader version of your choice
