Put your download Rom .zip file in the Root of your SDCARD
Reboot into recovery
Backup your current ROM if you want
Flash MTK NVRAM TOOL zip: Next (3 times), Backup, Wait until complete and Exit
Click on Wipe and format option
Select clean to install new rom
install zip file
Install from zip file from storage/sdcard 1 and select Rom.zip file.
